Getting in shape for winter or just overall good practice?

It's inevitable, winter is almost here...but that doesn't mean the extra 'insulation' has to tag along as well throughout the season and into the next year. This just makes for more work when summer comes around next year. I've found that a minimal work out strategies, along with healthy or portioned meal sizes, can go a long way, and it doesn't have to cost an excessive amount of gym fees! At-home work outs are truly becoming the new craze, at least to me LOL. There are a few exercises that I use to get the muscles prepared to experience a daily or weekly regimen of light workouts. These are as follows:

Simple to do work-outs at home that show real results in just a few weeks
- abdominal, thighs, glutes, arms, and back muscles.

These very easy exercises are more like a series of simples stretches that help to tone your muscles gradually - whether it be arms, thighs, gluteus or abdominal. This was when the winter binge begins, your body and mind will automatically give you warning signals to EASE UP on that double burger with large fries and chicken strips on the side, with a diet cola tsk tsk.
